Three literary projects are currently in development. The first, a fictional novel titled Inmates Heart, explores life on the inside of an American maximum security facility and the relationship that forms between an inmate serving hard time and someone he befriends on the outside. The book, written mostly in journal form, explores the strength and frailty of the human psyche.
The Fourth Wall is a short film currently in development. Set in a future time, this film delves into the mind of a young woman struggling with major psychotic episodes. She lives in a time where isolation is normative and virtual reality takes on a major role in common place society.
Trough Lolly. is the first of a trilogy of feature films that explores Melbournes' night club scene in the late 70's through to the early 90's.
Trough Lolly is a coming of age story about a young boy from a troubled ethnic background who escapes the harsh realities of life by becoming a speed skater. He soon discovers the local disco and begins his true journey into adulthood.
Trough Lolly (Aussie slang for those little round sanitizing disks thrown at the base of mens urinals) is currently in it's first draft stage.
